Our programs and Services

Strategy in Motion – Spaced over a month we take your management team through a disciplined process. The process consists of strategic planning best practices customized for medium sized growth driven companies, focusing on profitable markets and customers. Our process has been perfected over the last 10 years and is currently utilized by many local companies. See our website for many of the tools used in Strategy in Motion.

Mission-Based Strategic Planning – Partners in Change, LLC facilitates this program tailored to the unique needs of non-profit organizations. Methodologies and strategic thinking used in the Strategy in Motion program have been customized for non-profit organizations.

Strategic Lite – A one-on-one streamlined program customized for smaller companies. Partners in Change developed this process for those companies not yet ready for team-based planning. In a series of half days, we work with key leaders to address strategic issues and document the strategic plan.

Strategic Implementation – After the plan is developed, the real work begins. We have expertise in strategic coaching, developing measurement systems, project management and facilitating the reviews, all critical in the assessment process. We provide direction and enabling tools to enhance the accountability for executing the critical success factors.

Training and Facilitation – As strategic planning process experts we provide training and facilitation on core elements of the strategic planning process. We offer the Five Dysfunctions of a Team workshop and have partnered with Thrive Training and Development for other customized based on the organization needs.
