Strategic Planning
process – Spaced
over a month we take your management team through a disciplined
process. The program customizes strategic planning best
practices for growth driven companies, focusing on profitable
markets and customers.
Mission-Based Strategic Planning – Partners
in Change, LLC facilitates this program tailored to the unique
needs of nonprofit organizations. Similar methodologies
and strategic thinking used in the Strategic process have
been customized for civic organizations.
Strategic Lite – A one
on one streamlined program for smaller organizations. Partners
in Change developed this process for those companies not yet
ready for team-based planning. In a series of half days, we
work with key leaders to address strategic issues and document
the strategic plan.
Strategic Implementation – After the plan is developed,
the real work begins. We have expertise in strategic coaching,
developing measurement systems and facilitating the reviews,
all critical in the assessment process. We provide direction
and enabling tools to enhance the accountability for executing
the critical success factors. |
